|Recommended: YesSpacious Layouts with Great Views — Great space in the apartments and mine has fantastic view with lot of natural light. There is a washer dryer in the apartment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been here 3 months, and so far, I am glad I chose it.
|Recommended: YesGreat community — The building has good amenities - thoroughly enjoy having a pool indoors and in-house during the winter and a washer and dryer in the apartment, but especially love the staff here. The front desk and staff are great, friendly, and efficient - special shout-out to Gee, Carol, and Mario. The maintenance people - Wilmer - are prompt and professional. I've enjoyed living here so far.

|Recommended: YesA good, reliable property — The property is fairly modern with plenty of amenities, including a small store, indoor and outdoor pools, gym with a sauna, home cinema room and a community hangout. The apartment rooms have the basic and standard necessities, but could do with a slight modernization in paces. But, overall, it's a good, reliable property that is value for money.
|Recommended: YesA Good Place to Live — We've been at Courtland Towers for 2 years. Our experienced has been positive. The one thing is that sometimes you can hear your neighbors but that's normal of any apartment building. I would suggest to manegement nonetheless that they upgrade from carpet in the apartments. It would make the experience qutie better.
