|Recommended: YesCourtland Towers is a beautiful property in a wonderful locations. — In the 1st 2 weeks of living at Courtland Towers I would have to say I am very impressed. The property is beautiful, the staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are large and well maintained. Not to mention they have been renovating their facilities so there is a top of its class gym on site AND a 4 lane indoor lap swimming pool, which is very unique for an apartment complex.
I submitted a very minor maintenance request upon move in and it was resolved the next day. No problems there.
|Recommended: YesFantastic property and location to call home — The staff are wonderful and the building is great. Brand new gym is awesome and the outdoor pool in the summer time is fantastic. Overall, this is an amazing place to live in the Couirthouse area.

|Recommended: YesAmazing location, can't beat the price — I used to live in the U street corridor and moved out of the city for work reasons. I wasn't happy about the move at all, but actually, this apartment complex is amazing for metro access back to the city AND being able to have a peaceful night if that's what you want.
As far as actual apartments in the area, I toured most the ones available in Court House, and this was by far the best bang for your buck. I love the indoor and outdoor pools, the gym is really nice, and the soundproofing is amazing.
I highly recommend Courtland Towers for anyone moving to this general area or who doesn't want to be too far from DC
|Recommended: YesGreat option in Arlington — slightly older building that is getting a facelift- nice staff and easy access to metro DC. good option if you want to live in Arlington with metro access.
|Recommended: YesComfortable living environment — The Courtland Towers staff are hugely knowledgeable and helpful. The apartments are comfortable and spacious. The amenities are second to none, especially with the new gym and games area. The only thing we're missing is a rooftop a proper bbq area

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, and actively modernizing — I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Courtland Towers. The apartments are slightly outdated but the building is actively renovating apartments. Plus, you wont find this nice of a gym pool anywhere else.

|Recommended: YesExpensive, but a nice place to live — I've really enjoyed living here. Parking is relatively cheap, and the utility bills aren't too bad since it seems like there is good insulation. Apartments are nice and mine was recently updated when I moved in. Great area also. Overall, I have had a very good experience, though I think the price could be slightly cheaper given the quantity of options in the area.
