|Recommended: YesThe place to live — I stumble across Courtland Towers while helping a friend find a place to live in the DC area. I am glad I did. This building has everything you need. The amenities and outstanding from a large gym to indoor and outdoor pool, racket ball court, indoor basketball court and table games. The staff is nice and responsive. Management listens to the tenants and works to solve any issue.
After 4.5 years I have no plans to leave. My only issue in that time is simply better counter tops. To me that is just icing on a perfectly cooked cake.

|Recommended: YesGreat building — Have had all good experiences as a renter here. The pool is phenomenal though I wish it was open longer . Staff, whether cleaning, maintenance, front desk, or leasing have all been great and super easy to work with. They replaced our appliances brand new when we moved in and maintenance requests are always answered quickly and well.
There's definitely plenty of parking, and we like Dittmar because even though it isn't cheap, it's much less comparatively than other buildings in the area. Easy walk to metro and other public transport. Great highway access for those of us that do drive.
Now that they have the online portal, this has to be one of the most competitive buildings in north Arlington Love living in Courthouse, so close to the plaza and farmer's market, and such easy access to the blue orange silver lines, so to the greater DC metro region

|Recommended: YesAmenities abound — I have lived in Arlington now for 10 years. I just moved to Courtland Towers May 2017 and it was the best choice ever. So many amenities for the price. Can't be beat. It's construction is top notch too. Not noisy at all. This apartment has to be the best kept secret in the area. Don't be fooled by other communities around here. This place won't let you down.
|Recommended: YesPrime Location, High Quality Service — Living at Courtland Towers has been our best renting experience in the Washington, D.C. Metro-Area. Our apartment is spacious, and includes a washer and dryer in unit. The staff are always helpful, whether it's a maintenance request, package pick-up, reserving a common space, or acquiring a parking pass. There's a nice gym in the building, and two pools one indoor and a seasonal outdoor . We're located just a block and a half away form the Courthouse Metro stop, making it super easy to get into the city. Our favorite amenity at this building has been the parking garage space in the basement of the building where we know our car is safe. Overall, we know we're taken care of here, so living in the building is easy and oftentimes fun.
