In the meantime it's a little old overall but the new pool grill gym areas look beautiful Management and maintenance staff are very friendly, helpful and responsive. I only wish this was also dog friendly

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — Courtland Towers is a great place to live The location is perfect and the rent is pretty reasonable for the area. The maintenance staff is excellent Anytime I submit a work order, they come and fix it immediately. The front desk staff are all very friendly as well. Every so often I’ve dealt with a staff member at the front desk who isn’t the friendliest to residents, but I haven’t encountered her lately. Everyone else is great
